Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am from Pensacola, FL.  I was recently diagnosed with MS through a brain biopsy on January 22, 2013.  It began in November when I noticed my left eye was crossed and I was seeing double.  I went to the eye doctor and he said he thought I'd had a stroke.  I went into the Emergency Room on Novemver 29th and they kept me for 6 days running tests.  My MRI showed some questionable spots but they thought I'd just had a stroke.  I was sent home only to return again and again until finally MS was probable because I acquired around 10 brain lesions in multiple parts of my brain.  One big one was in the speech part and I could not think of the word I wanted to say.  I had the brain surgery in January and it was confirmed.  I can still drive but my car has been broken sitting in my yard since the surgery.  My Mom has been trying her best to help out with rides to appointments, pharmacies, the store, etc. but she works and this is becoming very tough.  I would love to get my car fixed and be independent again while I still can!  Please help if you can, any amount would be greatly appreciated.  March is MS Awareness Month so it is a great time to give!  Even if you decide to donate to an MS foundation, please use this month and be aware!  Thank you so much for anything you can give!!
