Transitioning from Sole Proprietorship to Limited Liability Company

I started an online busines from home as a reseller of general merchandise, urban wear, novelties, etc. I wanted to be able to devote much needed time to my newly homeschooled teenage daughter who had been withdrawn from public school due to being bullied. After a little over a years time, I've decided to transition my home business to an LLC in order to expand as well as give other individuals a chance to experience running a small business themselves. We plan to utilize donations for business expenses (internet, vendor membership fees, etc.), supplies (packaging, postage, etc.), equipment (cell phones, laptops/tablets, etc.) and purchasing of inventory goods.
