Transition 2017

Hieeeee!

I am trans girl from Portugal that needs help paying for her transition! The funding for the transition includes all the medical appointments needed to get hormones and the change in the Citizen Card + the first hormones

My family doesn't have the means to support the transition, so I'll have to work while I'm studying...Your donation would help me a lot, has I have to pay for so many other things, like rent, food, studies, etc.
