Transfer costs for a house

I am in the process of buying a home for my family. We are a family of 6 leaving with extra two of my sisters boys. I am the only breadwinner in the household. My husband is unemployed. We have been renting, causing us to move from house to house several times. The movement sometimes causes the kids to be far away from their schools. It has not been possible to raise money for transfer costs and legal fees due to the size of the household and it's leaving expences from rent, water and electricity, groceries, school fees,school transport etc.

I humble request anyone willing to assist my family. I have already applied for a bond and the bank has approved to fund me. I tried so hard to keep my finances in order regardless of the hardship I'm going through.

Now i am short of funds for transfer cost and legal fees.
