Tractor for my father

Hello guys. My name is Benjamin and i am an IT engineer, i live in Romania, Arad. My father owns a farm for like 25 year's and in all this time he and my mom (that passed away 2 years ago ) worked very hard to help us (i have a small brother) in life. My father is 73 years old but he is very healthy and manage to keep it up (a luck for us). We do not have employees. Our daily job is to supply the neighborhood with milk (old peoples that cant pay in time - we have some families that didn't pay the milk for 2 years or so but we still take the milk to they'r gate every 2 days by a small 30 years old tractor. Sometimes i argue with dad for this but he wont stop (he's main quotation is something like help them how much you can if you can). The truth is that they don't have money and sometimes when i go to collect the payment and you see them taking out from pocket 100 Ron (monthly social help ) and they have to pay you 20% of it just for milk its embarrassing enough for me (i think we have only 5 or 6 that pay in time from like 40). the price of our milk is 4 Ron / bottle (usual price is 6 Ron but if we put that price we wont get even the money we get now and many will quit). There is no center for collecting milk in the zone so this is our only viable source of money.

On land we cultivate cereals and food for cows. Last year we bought seed for 40 acres of land (grain). Luckily the company that sold us the seed made a contract with us to buy the production back and give us the difference between seed and quantity of grain. The reality - when they come to take the crops all the production not worth as the price of seed (and here we don't count the fuel - made from milk money, our work, time). The annual subsidies we get from EU are used for paying land Taxes. Our bad luck is that the land is near the city and the taxes are huge so we cant rely on them even they are for agriculture. The land we work on is grade 3 from 4 (grade 1 is best for agriculture) so we must compensate with better agricultural works (plowing, disking, sowing ). The problem is we own a old 30 years Romanian tractor U650 that cant handle it at all. The lands are not the same as 20 years ago when plowing was so easy (climate changes, rains , winter snow etc). For like 2 years we try to get a new tractor but bank (that we never used before) wont give leasing for my father (he is to old and the land is on his name and to change that cost are enormous), when we tried with EU help at the local agricultural agency they asked as bribe 5000 euros just to start the folder(it should be free) and my father told them he will never ever go there again (we cant afford that). I cant take money from bank because i'm unemployed (cant work because my father needs help daily) and we are stuck in a situation that we cant get out so easy. We really need a new tractor.

Some friends recommended me this website ( i cant tell my father about this because he will surely say NO)
