Trace family

I am pleading for funds to help a good friend and a kind-hearted individual who is a graduate from a top UK university and needs funding as he has been accepted to do a masters degree at the London School of Economics. He has no family as he came to the Uk at a young age fter his family died from civil war. He could not understand a word of nglish when he came and has progressed against the odds to educate himself and intends to go look for his siblings on completion of his course. We have tried everywhere but to no avail. PLEASE PLEASE HELP WITH WHAT YOU CAN. THANKS.
