Campaign Story
One in Eight women are diagnosed with Breast Cancer in their life-time. I couldn't imagine the grief and stress this puts upon families who are dealing with their mum or auntie or cousin or friend having Breast Cancer. Knowing that on average seven women die everyday in Australia from this course. Finding Breast Cancer early increases the chance of surviving this disease. Therefor in order for this to happen the National Breast Cancer Foundation needs OUR help in financialily supporting the charity to research the prevention and cure of this disease. So I decieded as a school I will participate in the "Tour De Brisbane" which is a 24-hour bike ride. In order to help raise funs for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
