Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services inc.

Organized by Justice Corazon Juliano Agrava together with people who believed in the God given potential of people and their capacity to change, the Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc. (TOPS) started out with one goal in mind: To lend their helping hand to children and families who do not have the privilege of living a normal life. These children include those who are roaming on the streets trying to make a living by selling different products, runaways, minor offenders, and the endangered and disadvantaged youth.

TOPS Clientele are children who are:

1. At Risk
2. In Trouble With The Law
3. On The Streets
4. Out of School
5. Sponsored
6. In Liwanag ng Tahanan
7. Endangered
8. Otherwise Disadvantage

The organization has different Human Development Programs wherein they offer training for creating small businesses and education for the families and their children. By helping them create a small business can help the parents sustain their children in studying in different universities. This non profit organization aims to educate young students with advanced learning to be able to go to the top universities as they grow up.

We interviewed a mother about how TOPS has changed her way of living and how they have helped her build her own foundation in order to help her family and, most especially, her children.

Sadly, the organization is on its decline due to their lack of funding and if the organization continues to lack funding, the members who have taken part of this program will no longer be able to further enhance the skills that they have acquired through this journey. Even the retired volunteers can no longer share their knowledge to the young students because the the organization is no longer improving. Moreover, the people who have not taken part of the program will never have the chance to and there will be one less organization to help these Filipino people in need.

We have created this page in order to support the organization and its contribution to society. We want to reach out to you in order to restore the organization and possibly make it bigger in the long run. We hope to become partners with you in order to help out the TOPS organization and have them continue their courteous work towards those people who are in need.
