Topher’s Tattoo Fund

Hi there!

I know that I'm kind of notorious for crowd funding, but I wanted to raise some money for something very special to me.

On October 9th, 2017, I will be officially one year self-harm free. This is a huge milestone for me, and I want to keep it this way forever. So, I decided why not get something permanent to celebrate?

In honor of this, I have an appointment set to get my first tattoo. This tattoo is (hopefully) going to consist of Shinedown's S logo in the trans pride colors (the two most fundamental parts of my being) and, if I can get it, a lyric from the song Unity in the guys' handwriting and their signatures.

This tattoo parlor charges $180 an hour. We figured the longest this should take is about an hour and a half, so my goal is set to $400, enough for 2 hours plus a tip depending on gogetfunding's fees so that if it goes over, I have a little leeway, and if it doesn't, I have enough for a very nice tip.

However, as far as making this is concerned, I need some help. So, I'm trying to raise money for this in order to be able to hold onto this. After the tattoo and tip are paid for, the rest of the money (that isn't taken by gogetfunding's fees) will be put into a charity cause, the Night of Writing Dangerously for NaNoWriMo (which raises money for the Young Writers Program, to help young authors grow and thrive in their craft).

Please help me out? My deadline to raise the money is October 1st.
