Top Surgery for Transguy

I don't know how to start but I will do my best.

My name is Juliam a 23 years old tranguy from Dominican Republic.

I'm not the kind of person that has a New Year resolution but this year I only have one and is to have top surgery, but unfortunately, I can't afford it so I'm here asking for your help.

I live with a lot of dysphoria related to my chest every day.
Unfortunately here in Dominican Republic we don't have any medical insurance that covers or help us with the cost of the surgery and even if I save money, it will take me years and years, the surgery here is 4000 dollars but here in this country is very hard, even with a good job to get that money it will take a lot of time so I'm here asking for your help even if I hate doing this because I hate asking for help but I feel like I can't live like this anymore.

The money I'm asking here is for the cost of the surgery a have to take a few tests before the surgery that they cost approximately 1000 dollars but I'll do my best to cover it myself.

I know money is tight for many people right now, but really anything you can do would mean the world.
