top surgery

hey everyone, ive been living with severe dysphoria for most of my life and i would greatly appreciate any help towards getting top surgery. the surgery itself runs up to 10k BRL, which my insurance doesnt cover. my insurance thankfully covers all procedures leading up to and after surgery, but i simply dont have 10k lying around to spend, nor do i earn enough to make 1.250 a month to pay for installments on the surgery. as of november 6th 2016 exchange rates are roughly 10.000BRL=3.100USD so im only asking for what i need. thank you so much for your support.
