top surgery

Hello everyone. My Name is athrav but its not my birth name because I born as female and i m a transmen.since my childhood I know somewhere their is something wrong with me. But I always ignore that factor because of my family and society. Belive me I try really hard to live like a girl but I can't do that.now I want to live my life I already lost so much time. I cant do any delayed. I start my transition procedures but for top surgery I m facing finacial problem. Please help me because I needed alot.i already face many problem since my childhood noe I have a chance to get correct all the mistake and problem in my life . Please whatever u can do it for me itsss veryyyyy veryyyy huge for me.I know some people don't understand my feelings its ohkk..but believe me I pray to god no one face this kind of problem in their life..I really don't have any kind choice if I have I never ever do that.
