Tomy’s fight for life

Tomy is fighting for his life.

He was diagnosed with Lyme Disease (BORRELIOSIS) transmitted through a tick bite. He suffers now with blood loss, kidneys failure, tick paralysis, generalized pain and infection. The lifesaving treatment is urgent.

Tomy is a rescued dog who had his share of hardship as a stray in a small city in Romania (a country still dubbed the dogs' Hell on Earth). He was rescued by Carmen a passionate animal lover, who over the years saved, neutered, vaccinated and found loving forever homes for tenths of homeless street dogs and cats. As an unfortunate turn of faith Carmen who saves so many little paws is financially incapable to cover vet expenses for Tomy’s life saving treatment.
