Small Potatoes with Great Love – Sponsor a Syrian Family with us!

You are invited! To do more than just posting and bringing awareness - To be part of this adventure of sponsoring a Syrian family in this time of desperation to come to Canada. Together we can :) We may be Small Potatoes but we have a Greater Love. Let's extend our impact and do great things together!

Please donate to our campaign. Through Lifeline Syria - These Small Potatoes - are signing up to sponsor a Syrian family to move to Canada using a Citizenship and Immigration Canada program involving Sponsorship Agreement Holders.

When the family arrives, our group will actually get to pick them up from the airport and be the first people they meet here! We'll be responsible for all of their expenses for the first year they are here - including rent, meals and anything else to meet their basic needs. The Canadian Government suggests that a family of four will need a minimum of $27,000 to help the family through their first year in Canada. Please help us provide for this family and be part of the effort to help a family find safe haven in Canada. The money will be kept in an account specifically for this purpose until they arrive and then will go directly to the refugees upon their arrival. Your donation will make an immeasurable difference in the lives of people who desperately need it. We can only go through this sponsorship if we can generate enough to cover what the family will need. Any amount will help.
