to support special needs case brother

My brother is nearing the end of his minimum wage work and in order to house him and keep him busy, a home needs to be bought or built, with a bed and breakfast option for possible income, and land to grow own food. As he will need care, and I do not own a home (gave it up after an abusive marriage) I will also need to be with him. One up and running any donors are welcome to a greatly reduced rate on the Bed and Breakfast unit as a thank you for your support. He need hearing aid, spectacles and hospital and medical care. The burden is too much for my ailing father to bear and as I am the sole surviving sibling I am hoping that this will relive his burden.
