Finances used 1.) To speak with realators and other professionals(only as needed.) 2.) To travel to visit the land. 3.) To buy the land. 4.) To then start the building of the buildings needed -- depending on the location of the land. 5.) To buy the start up tools, animals, vegetation, and other items to work on/with. 6.) To sustain these as a home next to a homestead. 7.) Possibly, to have some tours, produce, and items made -- to sell -- and also some to give. 8.) To continue to working the land -- and make things a little better as possible. There is the plan to use the (already proven to be reliable) books, materials, and people that show how these things will be used.
To give a newsletter to those who get on the mailling list.
