To Bring Stable network Sim Card with a reasonable price into the market

I research of Malaysia market that we don't have a reasonable price travel network plan at the moment, as so many country had provided travel sim card in very nice service with acceptable price. I'll like to develop and provide something new in the market and i had found some reliable supplier in Taiwan and Europe but I need to get some fund to start it cause my jobs is only enough for my personal expenses and my rental. I'm only 24 years old but i had travel more than 20+ country cause my jobs and I believe I can help those people who really need a stable network while traveling with a very reasonable price.
