To save my scholarship

Good Day everyone. I'm a student athlete of De La Salle College Of Saint Benilde, Manila, Philippines. My event is swimming, I have a condition called medial meniscal tear (left knee), because of my condition my school cannot shoulder my surgery and not cover of our insurance, and worse my coach talked to me that if I will not be treated they will take away my scholarship, I am afraid to lose my chance to be a college graduate and also we have upcoming competition one of the biggest event here in Philippines which is NCAA and it will be held on September 2019 and I'm running out of option.My parents are both self employed and we cannot afford to shoulder my surgery. Because of my condition I cannot swim or do any physical activity. I am asking for help, I don't want to lose my scholarship I want to continue my goal in life,to contribute to my swimming team and also I want my family to see me marching in graduation ceremony and help them after. please help me and support me.
