To rescue my Love

Hi Guys, this is the last resort I am turning to. I met my true love online. We talked everyday and he calls me daily to chat. We even sent photos of ourselves daily sharing our lives. He is an architect based in London. Mid-Apr he told me he needs to go to Sao Paulo to collect back payment from a client that owes him money for 2 years. While he was there, he was detained as the building he built had collapsed in February and some lives were lost/injured. He sent me a CNN report and some videos to show. He is locked up somewhere. His lawyer who flew there to help says the officials detaining him wants 30,000 pounds to bail him out before the court case starts. Lawyer can foot 25,000 pounds first and asked me for another 5000 to make up a total of 30,000 pounds. I am not sure what to do. I know he is sick and emotionally unstable, being locked up for 3 weeks now. I really don't know what to do and i can't afford the amount. His lawyer now wants to drop the case and booked his flight back to UK. Please if anyone is kind to help, I would appreciate very much. I just wanted him back and can't stop crying.
