To raise fund for medicines,house transfer,food and baby’s needs

Im reaching out hand for me and my baby's medical assistance and to move house,foods for my kids and a capital to start start over.. We need to vacant our apartment as soon as posible because we didnt pay 2months, lack of funds to pay.. My baby needs medical assistance for 6months for her primary infection and I got maintainance medicines too for my diabetes, spray for bronchial asthma and bronchiaectasis..

Baby's needs:

Rifampicin,pyrazinamide,isoniazid and ethambutol 100mg

My medicines:

Linagliptin 6mg, lupimet 500,salbutamol emergency inhaler, seretide 250mg, duavent 500mg, budesonide 500mg,fixcom 400mg,pronerve,lircil

Im in and out in the hospital and currently sick and I cant work as of now.. Been hospitalized for 18days from june 21- july 9 due to uncontrolled diabetes,bronchial asthma in acute exacerbation and pnuemonia, 14days with oxygen.. I skipped my pulmonologist check up and blood test Aug. 23 and my endocrinologist and laboratory, instead i use it to my medication and check-up i preferred to buy food and milk for them.. I am alone with 3kids, my both parents dead and my brother got his own family too.. My relatives helped me already and they got own family problems too..

My 1yr old baby is in my friend for 3wks now so she can eat,have a diaper and drink milk cause I cant afford to buy her needs.. My friend providing her medicines too and I need to replace the expenses..

I am reaching out help for my kids and needs.. My 1 daugther graduating elementary and she's on and off to school because of lack of budget.. My son is in his father in Manila to study but he stopped.. I need a small capital to start over and provide for my kids while Im still in medication.. We need house as soon as possible before 25th of sept, food,medicines,milk and diaper..

I missed my baby girl to be with me, painful when I cant do anything for her or provide for them.. My asthma triggered again cause I am not taking my medicines for my diabetes and scared to end up in hospital back again.. Difficulty breathing and pale, lost a lot of weight too..

I am asking for help for my little family, they are all that I've got and I dont want to leave them,they are too young.. Pls help me out guys, Im a single mom asking for help.. I love my kids so much.. Pls help me to be with my kids again..

Hard to do this worldwide but its the only thing that I can do as of now while Im ill and currently cant work for them..

Hoping you guys understand me bacause as a Mom, I will do everything for my children and I need to live and fight for them.. Please help me to reunite with my kids.. Thanks for helping and pls help me to share and spread my campaign, it will help us a lot..
