to not feel stupid after getting scammed

hi, i know it might not seem like much and that its all stupid but i desperately need this. i just got scammed by some fake sugar mommy and i should've known that it was all fake and that i should've just left it but i was too gullible and desperate for some money and now i dont have anything. this account on instagram followed my friend and i just messaged them as a joke, but soon it turned into something more, like she was actually real and would send some money to help me. turns out she scammed me of £25 when she said she'd give me £3000 if i paid and now i dont know what to do. i know that £25 doesn't look like much but i dont work, nor can i afford to get this money back. i need it, every penny counts. this is my last option other than contacting the police and getting in touch with paypal, where all the transactions happened. it looks stupid that im just on this website pleading for help and pity but i'd really appreciate even the smallest bit of help.
