To Help My Mother

Back in 2008 my mom gave up her life in New Hampshire in order to move to Pennsylvania in order to take care of my grandmother.  She gave up her job after 25 years and got rid of all her belongings. Things worked out since up until a year ago. My grandmother went to a nursing home leaving my mom in a really bad situation. My mom is unable to work because of still having to be there for grandma. My grandmother left the house to my mom for taking care of her. However the house is very old and needs a lot of work done to it to bring it up to code. She has no way of getting the work done in order to be able to keep the house. The house is where my mom grew up in and has been in the family for about 75 years. It would hurt our family very much to loose it. My mom gave up a lot in order to help my grandma out and I think the world of my mom for doing this.
