Love Support for Ma’am Sockie

To everyone whose lives were touched by Ma'am Sockie Nombres:

Ma'am Sockie has been admitted to the Philippine Heart Center due to persistent coughing and diarrhea. She was tested negative for Covid 19, however, ultrasound and CT Scan of the abdomen revealed that she has some gynecological problems which needs to be addressed.

Yesterday, Ma'am Sockie underwent a Paracentesis procedure in order to remove fluids that have accumulated from her peritoneal cavity and an Endometrial Biopsy as well. Results of the biopsy will hopefully be released on November 15.

On November 18, Ma'am Sockie is scheduled to undergo an Explore Lap and Hysterectomy Surgery at the Philippine Heart Center.

All of the medical and surgical procedures accomplished have started to take a toll on Ma'am Sockie and her family's finances. Yet her situation in the hospital is still far from over. Current billing as of the today, November 14 is now at Php 130,000.00. The scheduled surgery that she will still go through and related medical expenses are not yet included.

We are appealing for your kind generosity and support for Ma'am Sockie and her family in these very difficult times. Ma'am Sockie is known to have a very kind and generous heart when it comes to helping others. She has helped countless people in the nursing and none medical professions who are now situated all over the world.

Appealing to everyone who's been part of her life one way or another to show the love and support for Ma'am Sockie at her time of need. Please pray for her successful procedure, healing and complete recovery. May the Lord bless you for your kindness and generosity.
