Tired, broke and poor

I am a former aerospace engineer but I grew marijuana in Idaho, cops showed up found 48 plants and several firearms only because my now deceased mother wouldn't allow me to move them back into my parents house so I was charged with two felonies in1999. I have been chronically unemployed since then. I was able to save $1500 only to have the ex friend spend it before deciding I was disrupting his boarding house then sending me to Las Vegas with $200. There the tools I had left were stolen. I am typing this on a tiny smartphone because my WiFi stick was also stolen. I cannot stand Las Vegas I need to move to Oregon and purchase an uber or lyft car and have my teeth fixed any help you can give will be greatly appreciated
