Tina is a young woman who has dedicated her life to the welfare of horses. She perceives horses as sensitive and kind beings, and likes to treat them as equals. She is currently working on a training system that supports horse's mental, physical and emotional development. Here is her Facebook page: https://web.facebook.com/yinriding/
Up until the twentieth century, horses helped humans in all their pursuits… working the land, as means of transportation, even carrying them to war. Now is the time to give back the horses some of what they already gave us.
Tina rescued her horse, Moon, when she was only seven. She is twenty now, and he is fourteen. They are still together. As Moon was challenging in every aspect, Tina had to expand her knowledge of horses… psychology, biomechanics, health, behaviour and how to take good care of them…
Tina decided taking care of and working with horses is her life calling. She wants to become a saddle fitter. She believes riding should be as comfortable and enjoyable for a horse as it's for a rider. The good and well fitted saddle is important for the horse as well as the rider. It's something like a pair of good shoes for us. They need to be comfortable, the right size, nice shape, and suited to their purpose (you wouldn't go mountain climbing in your dancing shoes).
As in Croatia, where Tina lives, there isn't a form of education for saddle fitters, she wants to take part in the international education program in France: http://msfc.nl/en/saddle-fitting-course-goals/ . This international saddle fitting course has the broadest scope and deepest reach of any course offered. Qualification gives the opportunity to work all around the world.
Every donation over 50€ will be rewarded with a online saddle fitting consultation for your horse or a horse you ride, once Tina finishes the education.
If Tina doesn't collect all the funds needed, all the money you donate will still be invested in saddle fitting education.
Support Tina and her work to help her create a better life for horses.
