Timer Led Lamp

Each lamp can program the time you want to leave on after turning off the switch, 20, 30 or 45 seconds.
Imagine leaving home on a winter night having to break into your car without light.You can turn off the light switch but the light bulb just turns off 45 seconds after, it is not comfortable?
It's my intension to start to produce this lamps, for this i will need 10.000$ so i can create an prototype, present to a factory to produce and buy the first production of this kind of lamps.
After that i must sell the lamps to get the money to produce more, and so on.....
