Tigra’s veterinary visit & Food supply for local cats

Hey, few months ago I moved to a different place. There is alot of local cats living around the apartment I live and no one seems to be feeding or taking care of them. I've been providing them with fish heads and tails that I get from fishermans at the dock few kilometers away. One of the cats named "Tigra" always had a little skin lump on his belly. I thought it would go away with time and good food but lately it seems to be getting worse. He moves alot slower and looks like he's in pain. It probably got infected and needs to be taken care of as soon as possible for him to live. I got in touch with 3 different veterinary clinics but they didn't accept to take care of him for free. I want to raise enough funds for Tigra's veterinary visit and winter food supply for all the local cats. I'm a student who lives in a single room apartment so I can't do much by myself. I will publish update pictures of Tigra after needed amount is funded. Any amount helps. Thank you!
