Tiffany’s University Fund

Hi all! Tiffany here, I am hoping to complete my second an third year with Murdoch University, being already enrolled into their Psychology and Communication Media Studies programme. However, I have yet to raise enough for my tuition fee for the next semester which is due on the first week of January. I am hoping to pay off the remaining balance of $2,200 to continue studying with the university.

I currently am short of $2,200 for my university school fees due to the fact that my parents had recently spent a bomb on paying for my grandmother's hospital bills. As she was admitted to the hospital for a month due to an lung infection and was in the ICU for two weeks. Thus my family is really tight financially and I did not wanted to add another financial burden to them.

I do have some savings from working part time jobs however it was not enough to cover the full payment of the school fees. I have considered taking a bank loan, but due to the fact that my parents both do not meet with the requirement of having the minimum annual income with the bank, we are unable to get an education loan. Furthermore, due to the fact that I do not have a full time job, as I am a full time student, does not allow me to apply for a private loan to help out as while.

I really wish to continue on with my semester as it would help me reach my end goal of wanting to pursue Art Therapy. I want to pursue Art Therapy as I have grown up with a close friend who has been diagnosed with autism since we were children and I have seen how art therapy has helped him grown and cope with his anxiety too. I am passionate and enthusiastic to bring upon this kind of care and help to those who need it the most and giving back to the society one day when I am able to stand on my own two feet.
