Tiffany – MA Study fees abroad

I have been accepted to study at the remarkable, internationally acclaimed university, Parsons Paris School of Art and Design, to do my Masters Degree in Fashion Studies but the cost of tuition is much more than I had bargained for. It has always been a dream of mine to impact the world through fashion, so this is a tremendous opportunity, but it has come with a challenge regarding funding.

I am immensely passionate about fashion and, owing to my exceptional academic achievements obtained throughout my studies in South Africa, I have been considered as a viable candidate to further my studies at this prestigious university. At my 3rd-year graduate fashion show, I received an award from Woolworths Pty Ltd for the "Most Innovative and Creative Designer".

With the goal of impacting fashion through my designs, I am eager to learn as much as I possibly can. Thus, enrolling in this institution of diverse culture- and of such great international stature- is an opportunity I would not want to relinquish without a fight. Because I do not reside in Paris, I would need to find accommodation, as well as pay for my tuition fees. Despite being offered a partial Dean's Merit Scholarship from the university, and having found possible part-time job opportunities (in and around the university), we still face financial difficulty, as my mother is currently unemployed.
