Throw Me A Rope

I am seeking funding for a new business venture. This is the first time ever doing a campaign to raise money for myself. Actually, I have never done this period. So please excuse me if I mess it up.

A little about myself: I am 35 and a father. I am legally disabled and have been since I was 19. I have an associates degree in IT/Networking. I have only been able to work on and off for a total of 6 years since I was 19 due to my illness. At this time I am trying to start a transportation business to support my family. In the past I have tried other ways to earn a income, but with failure. I have never borrowed moneys from people to do anything,much less to start a business. Unfortunatley, at this time my financial troubles have gotten to be to overwhelming. I can't pay the bills much less start funding for a business of any size on my own. Which led me to this.

Like I have stated previously,I am disabled. I am very limited to what i can do physically,but I am not going to become a failure in life in spite of. I do have dreams and goals....that will be reached. Reaching them via charity is not my idea of being self-sufficient and is actually somewhat humiliating. The only thing I know to do once I get out this hole is to pay it forward. Which I am more than happy to do.

So, in a nutshell, these are the things for which I am trying to raise moneys. Some are to get by until I get the business off and running, some are immediate needs (that if not paid I could loose vehicle, house, etc.), and some of the moneys is to get what is needed for the business its self.

Past due bills, Utlilities, Insurance, vehicle maintenance, student debt, groceries, purchase vehicle for business, moneys for a LLC, DOT and MC authority, and emrgency money.

I put the donation amount total before end date at $2000. This would help pay immediate needs. It would not eliminate the problem or do all the things needed to climb out of the hole that I am in.......but to me the $2000 is alot and if that can be raised a huge amount of stress will be lifted.
