Throat cancer

Help one of our friends from throat cancer! Throat cancer is a very big thing in the world right now, with all the smoking and the lung capacity smoke. Our friend is right now suffering, not being able to talk, he can only talk little by little using a helping tool that is attached to his throat. What makes it even worse, is that he does not have a job, his apartment is broken and he is stressing out from not having enough money to pay for everything. Please Help!
