Campaign Story
THOSE WE LOVE AND LOATHE is an immersive and socially interactive art project with a social commentary on some of the reviled and admired personalities of the past century. Taking a sardonic view of public perception to the hilt and reimagining what these public figures stand for.
The art is inspired by the world around us and therefore is also intended to be experienced by EVERYONE. As an examination of morals, politics, sex, religion and fame in our society, I believe there is thread to this piece that connects people on a whole in such a way that looks deeper than the differences in us, with the intention of captivating the majority.
This art work includes a large piece and 42 small pieces with an interactive component.
