Thats something called ADVANCE PROCESSING and its basically something they KNEW he would never come out of. We are trying to retain lawyers for these AP cases because the consulate knew they would be denied and the Trump adminstration is taking this out on US lottery winners

We are going to put them on a lawsuit against Trump and Pompeo and sue them for their visa. The problem is this suit closes on 10 14. I went to all the groups and asked in the last couple of days for people to take these people one by one and individuals do separate cases but no one responded so I have decided to take the initiative to help these Algerians. I even paid for one of the cases all by myself

These Algerians will lost their visa if we dont retain this attorney because according to USCIS and the EMBASSY the cases expired. It was willful evil and deceptive and under orders of the Trump administration to mess up the lottery. Usually 50000 get their visas this year its been around 19000 with 9000 allowed due to a lawsuit by the same lawyers doing this action

They are charging the 500 filing fee and only 500 to represent them for a total of 1000. Its worth it and its a full class action and the people are actually having to do declarations and retainers

What has changed is that an important case called National Association of Manufacturers v. Department of Homeland Security was decided last week by a judge in the Northern District of California. In the NAM case, the judge found the nonimmigrant visa ban from June to be unlawful based on precedent from the 9th Circuit. We think with that decision, we will have a better chance to get the April ban completely overturned by filing in a new case in that court.
