This is my fight to live and see my children and grandchildren grow

I'm a mother a hard worker full time plus I work with the elderly community and hospice care. I live paycheck to paycheck. although I have insurance gastric sleeve surgery is not in any way covered. I'm lost I need help with getting this so I can live to see my children grow up. My pancreas has stopped and with this surgery it could help my kidneys and liver to function better
