This could be you….!

On January 20, 2012 I got rear-ended by a Miami-Dade County truck.  This accident caused me to break my neck, back, nose, puncture a lung, and got over 30 staples on my head.  I couldn't work so my credit went downhill as well (that is why I cannot get any type of loan).  It is now almost 2 years later and Miami-Dade County has been trying to pin me with a DUI.  The problem is I did not agree to any testing and I was not intoxicated!  I've paid a little over $10,000.00 to a criminal attorney over the last year; he was nice enough to let me make payments.  We finally have everything we need to prove my case, however, a forensics expert is needed at my trial and the retainer fee is $4,000.00.  For example, there are 12 hours that my blood was unaccounted for, they drew my blood at the hospital for medical purposes and did not have a subpoena to enter the blood into evidence, they used an expired testing kit, there is no chain of custody, they destroyed my blood, and these are just some of the things that are wrong...  My attorney is not a forensics expert and I absolutely need these issues brought up in court in order to win this case so I can proceed with my Civil case against Miami-Dade County who hit me from behind.  This case determines how the rest of my life will go and I really really need your help!

This is the first time I have ever done something like this.  I don't like putting my personal business out there but this is an absolute last resort for me.  I do not have any other way to raise money.  I have sold everything I can possibly sell and I am the sole provider in my household...
