Third born child in Critical condition [NICU]

Good day!

I am Van Ryan, a husband and a father of three, in which our youngest, our newborn, Evan Matthias, or Matti is currently suffering from a critical condition of Pulmonary Hypertension. While this condition is treatable, it will require patience, and slow progress to achieve the desired outcome. Right now, he is struggling to breathe on his own and requires a specialized machine to keep his breathing normal. These machines together with the oxygen tanks, medical supplies, and medicines cost around 70-80k Philippine Pesos (PHP) daily.

At this point, we already have a suspended hospital account because of our inability to pay on time. Due to this, all medicines, and supplies are only available on a cash basis and will require us to procure them by ourselves. While this is the least of our concerns, we still need to settle the running balance of 270k PHP that is expected to balloon to 1.4M PHP by the time baby Matti is good and well, or around 4-6 weeks time.
