These Children of Ours, What If This Was You!!!

What This Is?

This is a project that I am working on in partnership with the Global Volunteering Network. I will be travelling to the Phillipines in 2013 to give six weeks of my time and personal funds to care for, teach and learn from the most amazing beautiful little children.

I will be volunteering at an orphanage in Manila, Phillipines, where I will be doing everything from cleaning, preparing food, teaching personal hygiene, ABC's and 123's, to most importantly showering them with love and laughter.

What you can do?

You can assist me and the children by donating as little or as much as you can. I am sure you have watched plenty of tv advertisements with pictures of the underprivileged and thought I bet the money doesnt go anywhere, well THIS WILL. You will be supporting a project that will change numerous lives including YOURS, MINE & THEIRS! I am not some big company looking for a fix, I am a 26 year old Australian Girl, who grew up in a small town looking like you to do something worthwhile. I am putting aside my wants and financial worries so I can spend a small portion of my life putting others and their needs first.

Where Are Your Donations Going?

It is quite simple the money you donate will go towards the cost of the trip including airfares, visas, immunisation, accommodation, meals. Also the main reason for me asking for your help is so I may be able to provide a separate substantial donation to the Orphanage and provide extra amenities for the children when I arrive in Manila and during my stay.

Any funds donated will be fully tax deductable and I would be more than happy to provide my contact details if you wish to verify and find out anymore information on the project that you would be supporting.
