Therapy for stroke survivor

Hello, My mother's name is Sheree. She was our main bread winner eversince because she's working for the Department of Education in our country Philippines as a Teacher, Principal and before she was stroked she was promoted as School District Supervisor. She worked for almost 25 years. She got stroke last May 28, 2014. It was already 6 years but we were not able to let her fully recover because we are incapable financially. My father also retired from his work since he is already old enough. We want to focus on our mother's recovery and asked for the doctors opinion that we need to get her therapist for her basic motor skills to work. She is still paralyzed half of her body. She cannot talk, move her arm and foot. All of her right side(weak side, she is lefty)
