The PAWSitive Effect: Spay&Neuter Project

Hello everyone! As August being my birth month and as I celebrate my turning of another year, I am launching this fundraising to help spay and neuter our neglected and homeless stray cats and dogs, along with the rescued ones, here in Cebu City, Philippines. While our country still has a lot to work on in terms of animal welfare, instead of waiting on the government, we the citizens can very much do something about the condition of our stray furry friends. Any animal lovers out there can only wish they too can take care of all these poor and neglected cats and dogs in the streets but reality is we simply could not. And so in my own little way, with the help of you all, my fellow Warriors for the Strays, it is my wish to be able to raise at least Php 50,000 to help cater to more or less 100 unfixed strays (cats and dogs) in the streets of Cebu City and encourage those independent feeders to have them spayed/neutered. Feeding them is well and good but it costs more, and we have an urgent need to control their population - and fixing them by spaying/neutering will have this PAWsitive effect to their lives and even in our community long term! I would be ecstatic and FURever grateful to receive even as little as a $1 donation from each of you in order to help save lives and bring that PAWsitive effect to our dear stray furry friends. They no longer have homes and most know no love - this is one of the best things we can do if only to let them know that there are also hoomans out here who would be happy to show them love and care <3

I will be posting the mechanics on my Facebook account on how to avail and get a slot for this project. If we get to raise our target amount, it will be a huge step we can take to start bringing in this PAWsitive effect to our furry friends. :)
