Personal message

My name is Stephen Baragwanath and I am from Roodepoort, Gauteng. I am 35 years old and gave my life to Jesus as a youngster and was water baptised in 2018. I am a member of Liberty Church Discovery, a church which is passionate about raising leaders for the next generations to come.

I would like to study Theology and Ministry at SATS (www.sats.edu.za) in South Africa. I would like to raise funds so I can begin my studies and work toward my goal of full-time ministry. God willing, I wish to raise enough funds to complete my studies and be a full-time pastor.

I am committed to the Lord, committed to completing my studies and to put in every effort and all the work needed to achieve my calling.
The studies are quite costly, totalling around R93,000 for a complete degree in theology.

I believe God has called me to become a pastor and so I have responded positively to the call. I have to do a gap certification first know as the Higher Certificate in Christian Life. Then I can move on to the Bachelor of Theology.

My mom suffered from oesophagal cancer for 16 months and passed away in April 2019. Her medical expenses have left me in serious debt as she had no medical insurance. So I cannot afford the studies myself.

I pray that God moves your heart to please make any donation to my studies. and to share my fundraising campaign as far and wide as you can.

Application and Enrolment Fees R 2,000,00

Higher Certificate in Christian Life R18,000,00

The Bachelor of Theology totals around R70,000.

I pray that by the time I start it, I can self fund it.

The funds will be paid to the institution for my studies. The institution is the South African Theological Seminary.
