I adopted a beautiful little girl who was raped and tortured at two years of age. She resided with her biological mother and grandmother during the time of the sexual abuse and torture, she was removed from their home and placed with me. I adopted her when she was three years old. Her counselors state that for recovery, she needs arrests.  I call her TheLittleGirl to protect her identity. She identified the men who tortured and abused her however; the police have gone through extreme lenghts to wish this case away.  We are in need of legal assistance which is very costly.
