I've been suffering from this Psoriasis for more than 3 years now. There are times I can't buy ointments to these rashes which makes it painful because of too much dryness. Please help. Thanks.

My rashes hurt whenever I haven't applied an ointment which is Cloderm. These rashes are scattered on my upper body, front and back including on my neck and armpits. Just recently, the rashes have started to appear on my left arm, near my hand.
