Introduction:

We are one of the protestor support channel established in Hong Kong. Our role is to report HK police locations, provide sentinel related training materials for protests, and other supporting services. The UK government provided a precious opportunity in assisting the Hong Kongers to escape from the totalitarian CCP. However, numerous Hong Kongers, including the protestors under high risk of being arrested, resisted to leave Hong Kong due to heterogeneous concerns, such as English proficiency, financial support, difficulty of employment etc. And the majority of current job search platforms for Hong Kongers only listed out limited industries (e.g. retail and banking), which is unable to fulfill the needs of Hong Kongers. The current project aims to support Hong Kongers to adapt the new environment in the UK by promoting the local employers to employ Hong Kongers, building a job searcher platform collecting the relevant data of employers, housemate pair-up, translation service etc. If the project receives sufficient amount of funds, we would provide financial support to assist the high risk Hong Kongers to leave Hong Kong by a loan scheme.

背景：我們是其中一個香港抗爭者的支援頻道，主要的工作包括報告香港警察的位置及行動、撰寫哨兵相關的抗爭教學，及其他支援服務。英國政府為香港人開放逃離支共極權統治的機會，然而不少香港人(即使是高危抗爭者) 因種種原因而難以下決心離開，例如英語能力、財政困難、擔憂未能找到合適工作機會等。同時，現有支援香港人於英國就業的平台，列出的工作機會主要圍繞商務文職、零售類工作，不適用於不少香港人。本計劃旨在透過推廣英國當地企業考慮僱用香港人、建立尋找工作平台、配對夾錢租用單位、翻譯等方法，以達致支援香港人重建生活並融入當地社區的目的。如能籌得足夠金額，亦希望能透過免息借貸計劃，協助無足夠財力的高危港人離開香港。

• Delivering propaganda for promoting the UK employers to consider employing Hong Kongers, we would build a database to collect and list the basic information of those employers (e.g. address and requirement of English proficiency). If any UK companies are willing to sign working visa to Hong Kong protestors, we can make referrals, and promised that we won’t disclose the role in protests of any individuals.

* the people who have arrived the UK is welcome to print the propaganda to strive for a conversation with the pursuing employers before the approval of BN(O) Visa.

• Housemate matching arrangement: The renting cost is the highest cost in living in another country. We would arrange the applicants into small groups (around 4-6 group size) by affordable rents according to their expected arrival date, preference of city, gender, hobbies etc.

Please note that we would only add the matched group members into a chat group. House finding and renting assistance is available for limited region and service charge is required. We encourage the applicants to find house by themselves.

• Private English translation service in job search: Many jobs in the UK has a low requirement in English proficiency (e.g. renovator, manual labour, salesperson etc.). However, a fluent English proficiency is required for job search. To assist the Hong Kong verified protesters with a weak English proficiency in job search, we would provide translation service. But we still encourage the job seekers to have a direct conversation with the employers. Our role is to avoid the misunderstanding in the conversation and empower the confidence of job seekers.

• 文宣宣傳英國企業、公司、小店僱用香港人： 設計並到店派發或於街上張貼文宣，希望當地僱主考慮僱用香港人，並收集有意考慮僱用香港人的僱主資料及對英語能力的最低要求，建立database在將來讓香港人參考，亦為已在英國的手足提供接觸當地僱主的機會，為將來搵工作準備。如有本地公司願意簽發工作簽證予香港抗爭者，在不向該公司透露該抗爭者的抗爭角色前題下，我們亦可代為轉介。

* 我們歡迎已到英國的香港人如有需要，自行列印文宣派發，於BNO批核前爭取先行與理想行業的僱主接觸的機會。

• 夾錢租屋配對： 住屋支出為於外地生活的最大支出，如有意參加配對，本頻將作為中介平台，根據預期到達英國日期、預計居住城市、性別、興趣、年齡組別等方面，按可接受的租金，以約4-6人一組作配對。請注意，本頻道只負責根據填寫的資料作housemate配對，將配對完成的成員add chat group。我們亦可在部份地區提供協助搵屋租屋服務，但需收取服務費，我們鼓勵各位自行搵屋租屋。
• 搵工翻譯服務: 不少勞動或技術工作對英語能力的要求很低，但在搵工時仍需一定英語能力溝通，如本頻成員有時間，會為有需要的已驗證抗爭者搵工時從旁協助。當然我們仍鼓勵大家主動與僱主溝通，此服務只為防止搵工時有誤會發生，及令手足搵工時能較有信心。

• Claim for all propaganda: Welcome for all people currently staying in the UK who would likely to participate in propaganda delivery to claim the printing cost. A copy of printing receipt and printed propaganda are required for the claim. The transaction would be made by Crytocurrency or registered business account to avoid disclose of individual name.
• A thank gift from Hong Kongers: To thank the employers who declared they have a will to employ Hong Kongers and submitted their information to our platform

• 報銷文宣支出：歡迎已在英國、有意協助推廣英國僱主聘用香港人、宣揚對抗暴政的同路人自行印製或製作相關文宣，如能出示單據及成品/印製物實物照片，我們將予以報銷。轉帳將以電子加密貨幣或註冊商業帳號處理，避免公佈個人姓名。
• 給英國人的感謝禮物：送一份文宣類禮物給填寫資料表示願意考慮僱用香港人的僱主，以答謝他們對香港人的支持
