Campaign Story
The U.S. Visa system has failed our dear Andrea. Let's help cover a month of her rent as she tries to find someone to take over her room in SF! One month rent and some other expenses is $1,500, but going over is obviously fine as well. This is also an opportunity to show Andrea, who is a force for positivity, how much we appreciate her and her friendship!
UPDATE: Thanks so much for reaching Andrea's goal so quickly! We're going to leave donations open until November 12 when Andrea leaves the U.S. Once Andrea gets to her new country, it could take a while to qualify for a work visa and find a job, so some extra living cash will help.
Update #2: A handful of Andrea's friends have consulted and we've decided to raise the goal to $4,000! This is for numerous reasons. Mainly, it will take Andrea a while to apply for a work visa in her new country and find employment and we want to make sure she doesn't have to worry about cash while going through that process. So let's keep giving and spreading the campaign!
