I am truly overwhelmed, honored and humbled by the response you my students /kids and shown to me. I have done my best to teach all of you over the year and you all hold a special place in my heart, all of you. I have tried to help you not only learn about English and other subjects but to also learn to have self-confidence and belief in yourself, to show you how to be successful. Many of you I taught for a very low rate and also many of you I taught for free. I gave you books and CD’s and worksheets to help you in every way possible.

I am touched by all your kind words and wishing I get well and return to teaching you all again soon. I miss all of you so much. All you kids are my life and my energy. I am fighting this sickness with all my strength. I will not give up. I will keep fighting.

Again, thank you all for your kind help, this process can be quite expensive. I have some money but will not be enough so I thank you form the bottom of my heart.

Also, I promise you this that what-ever is not used will be donated to the poorer kids schools here I Bangkok, to buy them books and things.

I love you all my kids and please pray for me and help me with your prayers to be strong.

Teacher will have 4 surgeries all at the same time.First he will have a tracheotomy tube inserted into his breathing passage. Second, he will have the mast/lump removed from his neck. Third he will have all of his nose and upper lip removed and finally a plastic surgeon will take skin from his legs and make a new nose and a new upper lip.

This surgery is a very long operation and because being close to his brain and main arteries caution must be taken.

Now teacher is waiting for a schedule to start radiation treatment and possible chemotherapy.

Also, teacher has only one kidney, he donated one of his kidney’s to his close friend back in America, so he and the doctors must be careful about certain kinds of tests that could cause his kidney to have a problem.

อาจารย์ต้องทำการผ่าตัดทั้งหมด 4 บริเวณในขณะเวลาเดียวกัน ส่วนแรกคือการผ่าตัดบริเวณหลอดลมเพื่อช่วยในการหายใจ ส่วนที่สองคือการผ่าตัดก้อนเนื้อส่วนที่ลำคอออก ส่วนที่สามคือทำการผ่าตัดเนื้อจมูกออกทั้งหมดรวมถึงส่วนริมฝีปากบน และส่วนสุดท้ายคือการศัลยกรรมโดยการนำผิวหนังส่วนขาท่อนบนมาทำจมูกและริมฝีปากใหม่ ซึ่งในการผ่าตัดครั้งนี้เป็นการผ่าตัดที่ใช้เวลาค่อนข้างนาน เนื่องจากว่าเป็นส่วนที่อยู่ใกล้กับสมองและหลอดเลือดแดงใหญ่ ณ ขณะนี้อาจารย์อยู่ในช่วงรอการเริ่มรักษาด้วยรังสีและเคมีบำบัด นอกจากนี้อาจารย์มีไตเพียงหนึ่งข้างเท่านั้น เนื่องจากอาจารย์ได้บริจาคไตให้กับเพื่อนสนิทของเขาที่อเมริกา ดังนั้นตัวท่านและคณะแพทย์จะต้องระมัดระวังเกี่ยวกับการทดสอบบางอย่างที่อาจทำให้ไตของอาจารย์เกิดปัญหาได้

Hello to all my students. I first wish to thank all you for your kind words and emotional support. This was not something that I had expected to happen to me, but now I must deal with it and solve this problem.

So, I am asking for you, my kids to help. The surgery and treatments are very expensive and the medicines that I must take now are also expensive.

I have insurance from America, but because I am out of the country, I must pay for all my medical treatment upfront and then the insurance will reimburse me up to 70%.

I am doing my best to be and stay strong and fight this, but it is not easy. In life, sometimes, we all need help. I have also attached some pictures so you can see the infection that I have.

I will keep this short and say thank you in advance for any help you can do. I also apologize for asking this of you and hope you understand my situation.
