My sole spiritual purpose in providing goats, chickens and other farm animals is to help those families, and particularly children in need, so that “they never have to go to bed hungry.” To give and help others is a spiritual way, and rather than just giving money, I would much prefer to give directly to a family who may not have the opportunities to provide for their families as we have here in the US. I know its not much, and I’m only able to help one family at a time, but this is my spiritual mission and I ask nothing in return except to know that because of my gift directly to them, hopefully lives will be changed for the better and the children can grow up to be healthy and happy individuals that are capable of doing something great for their own families, communities and the world.

I am aware that there are aid organizations in existence that also provide goats, chickens and other farm animals to communities in need. So I’m certainly not saying that my idea is new. But we all know how much poverty and suffering that exists in the world so I think that every little bit can help, no matter how small.

I will be traveling to those countries to seek out families in need and give them the gift of sustainable life in the form of milk goats and chickens that the children can always at least have milk to drink and eggs to eat. I’ll document my travels and photograph the many lovely people I will be fortunate to meet and help along the way. I hope you will travel along with me.
