The Something Else stick £2 in the pot if you’ve partied with us Fundraiser

Next year is the 10th festival season for Something Else, a not-for-profit grassroots project involving The Something Else Tea Tent, SE festivals and the solar powered truck stage & pirate ship stage.

We've chased our tail financially since being desecrated by the tornado at Bearded Theory in 2009 and , while as a stand alone beast, SE breaks even and sustains herself, there's still a £10k debt hanging over us, which is £2.5k less than this time last year, To continue past the 2017 season, this needs clearing, and it needs clearing now. The time and effort that goes into juggling and tail chasing financially needs to be spent elsewhere, and it's taking its toll.

If half of the folk who have passed through the Tea Tent or an SE festival chucked £2 into the pot, then we'd be home and dry.

Without a clear playing field, 2017 will be SE's final year and the assets sold to pay the debts off.

Unlike the two previous crowdfunders, there are no rewards for donating to this one, except a warm fuzzy feeling in your belly, and a big thanks and love.
