The Rise of Kai’Son

Kaison is a starving artist and college student. In May of 2013, upon returning home from college for summer break, and unable to find employment, he began working on his mixtape (an independent project). Originally capturing his raps on his mother's blackberry, Kai'Son made a decision to find a studio to record in. Within the first hour of being in a studio he had successfully recorded CHUM Freestyle and Say What I Feel, which will be featured on his mixtape. Since then he has spent the bulk of his summer break writing and recording, in an effort to get his music heard. He can best be described as an intelligent, conscientious, creative, and clear speaking lyricist with a message. His mixtape, titled SOULSTICE, will be available in July and will span the gamut of musical sounds from old school rap to jazz.
