Dear friends! Our Public Organization for the Protection of Animals "THE RIGHT TO LIVE" In 2018 a team of like-minded people created a new public animal protection organization "THE RIGHT TO LIVE”. The main task of this organization is to conduct animal protection activities with new methods and develop a new concept backed up at the legislative level with the involvement of government agencies. The main principal differences are: 1. A systematic approach to solving animal problems. This means managing the complex problems ranging from the construction of a modern hospice - a hospice for disabled animals for 300-500 animals with appropriate services, targeted assistance to mini shelters (keeping animals from 5 and above by individuals), improving the quality of life of stray animals on the territory of the municipality through their sterilization, the organization of food stations, the installation of booths and the legal protection of these animals, including selection from the municipal organization Autosilubritate the right to catch a stray animals and their content in Nichropole and entrust this mission to us - the public animal protection organization "THE RIGHT TO LIVE which, after catching these animals, sterilizes, cures will find them good hosts or leave in a shelter which will be built in accordance with modern requirements. The subsequent organization of the zoo, with the appropriation of appropriate powers, in order to prevent the emergence of new stray animals in the streets of the municipality, to inculcate cautious treatment of citizens with their pets and to attract administrative and later criminal responsibility of negligent hosts and slaughterers. A very long period of time, the municipal organization “Autosilubritate” is engaged in catching stray animals in very cruel ways and in the aftermath these animals (cats, dogs) are kept in very terrible conditions (in fear, without food, without water) for no more than 3 days, then they are killed , with an iron rod on the head. Our immediate plans include raising funds for the construction of an animal shelter rescued from Nikopol, a hospice for disabled animals, a veterinary clinic, a crematorium, as well as activities for the castration and sterilization program of stray animals, vaccination for abandoned animals, old, helpless and disabled animals and aggressive animals will be left in the shelter, this will allow to regulate the number of stray animals by humane methods. Since this expensive program and our government and city authorities do not want to support us, we are forced to turn to international organizations and ordinary citizens, not indifferent to the fate of stray animals in Moldova, for financial assistance.
