The Real Deal in Real Estate

Hello,

My name is Tierra and I am currently looking to raise start-up money for my new dream job as a Realtor. I have been studying for months and months, and feel honored to say I PASSED my Real Estate Exam on the first try this January.

Many people may or may not know that becoming a Realtor comes with hefty price tags plus ongoing cost. I have paid for schooling, testing, licensing and materials already. Now that I have graduated and passed my exam I have to spend roughly 1500 to 2000 to join a broker and hang my license with them. I would also have to assemble a home office as well. I am currently working full time but my hours will be cut in March. I am working hard to achieve this financial obstacle but it's very hard because my income has not changed nor has the student loan debt from a previous 4yr degree earned. I know I am going to be a great agent and as soon as I can get my business off the ground. The sooner I do that happen the better. I will be able to help provide real estates solutions for the people in my community.

I have picked up a second job driving for Doordash. I have 2 boys, Jalen 15yr and Noah 5yr so I can't leave them alone for too long. I do make extra money that goes to helping our household. I really want this Career and would be great at it and could possibly even help you with your Real estate needs! It would be greatly appreciated if you would help me reach this goal faster.
